Product Description

According to the production capacity of the customer, 3 - 11 - layer conveyor belts are designed and arranged in the vacuum container. Through the continuous solid feeder and the material distributor, the raw materials that need to be dried by the customer are continuously fed under vacuum conditions and evenly spread on the drying belt. Due to the continuous turning of the materials during the drying process, the evaporation speed and time are accelerated, while ensuring the uniformity of the product during the drying process. The drying temperature is adjustable from 20 - 300°C, and the time from the material entering the dryer to the dried product being discharged is adjustable from 20 - 120 minutes. If the dried product requires a pulverization process, it can be pulverized under vacuum conditions, avoiding dust flying, increasing the product yield, and solving pollution problems. The dried product realizes continuous discharge through the vacuum continuous discharger and the vacuum receiver, and at the same time, the recovery of organic solvents can be realized, solving environmental problems and increasing solvent recovery benefits.
